Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was 16 years old. She won her Pro Card just one year later at age 17. She began participating in fitness contests at the age of 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. In the span of a year, she obtained her professional license when she was 17. She came back in 2015 and picked up her previous place of competing in top competitions like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rowing, one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. Warming up is usually done prior to the actual workout. Also Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as possible. This is accomplished by creating all of her back exercises, and doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 repetitions. She would do this sort of exercise twice a week, with one day being a lighter weight and another heavy weight day.
